Purchasing Policies

Ordering Information

To place an order:

1. Browse the gallery.

2. Write down the item name you wish to order.

3. Email samantha@fencingdragons.com with your order.

4. Product availability and the order invoice will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours with the payment information.

5. You have 2 days (or 48 hours) to confirm your order with your shipping address.

6. After your confirmation is received, your order will be reserved and held for you for up to 10 business days. If no payment is received within this time, your order will be returned to stock or sold to another customer after an email notification. If there are any mitigating circumstances or "emergencies" which cause payment delays please inform us ASAP.

7. California residents are subject to a sales tax of 8.25%. If you have a reseller's permit number, tax will be exempt.

9. We don't have any minimum order requirements on most of our items, unless you would like to qualify for wholesale pricing.

Methods of Payment
Purchasing options:
1. Major credit card.
A. E-mail samantha@fencingdragons.com to inform of your desire to purchase with a credit card. You will be mailed asap with the total including shipping and noting any discounts that may apply.
B. Send credit card information in two seperate e-mails.
C. You will receive an e-mail confirming your transaction.

2. PayPal
A. Inform of your decision to pay with PayPal.
You will be emailed asap with the total including shipping and noting any discounts that may apply.
B. Follow your regular PayPal proceedure. Funds are deposited to the same email address: samantha@fencingdragons.com
C. You will receive a second email confirming your transaction.

3. Personal Check or Money Order: email samantha@fencingdragons.com to inform with your desire to purchase with check or mo. Personal arrangements will be made with you to accomodate whenever possible. Your order will be held and then shipped after your funds have been received and fully cleared.

4. LayAway: in most instances, layaway is possible. (We understand having to spread a purchase out a little to accomodate budget!). First, email samantha@fencingdragons.com with your request, and personal arrangements will be made with you. Usually about half of the total price is required through one of the above payment methods and the balance will be spread out.

Wholesale

If you hold a valid wholesale (resale) license, Fencing Dragons Studios is happy to offer you a discount on purchased items.

All wholesellers are eligible for a 10% discount on retail orders.

With a $400 retail minimum a wholesale discount of a 40% applies for first time orders.

To reorder, the minimum is $200.00 retail for the 40% discount.

For bead store owners, gallery owners and other retail purchasers, special discounts do apply. Please email for pricing guideline.

Reserved Items
We would always like to have everything you want and need in stock. However, there are times that some of our products may sell out prior to your email order. Orders are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Popular items should be ordered 2-3 weeks in advance for higher volumes, to ensure product availability.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchased, email us immediately for possible product exchanges, credit towards a future order or check refund. After receiving our confirmation, return the product postage paid within 10 business days. Fencing Dragons Studios is not responsible for return postage and/or lost packages. It is always wise to purchase insurance for security.

All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and the unused/unaltered product with the original packaging. All items must be packaged securely along with the reason for dissatisfaction.
All refunds are made by check for the original product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and there are no restocking fees. For closeout, clearance and special orders, all sales are final. You may also request credit towards a future order in lieu of a refund check.

Gift Wrapping
Jewelry may be gift wrapped for an additional $4.00

Sales tax
8.25% sales tax applies to California residents.

Gift Certificates
Treat someone you care about to Fencing Dragons Studios products.
Gift certificates are available in denominations of $10 and up.
